By downloading, installing, or using the Art Gituar mobile application ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Art Gituar transcribes songs into chords and provides a song library, a tuner, a metronome, and other practice tools to help you learn and play guitar. Some features require a registered account, and some features are only available to subscribers of Art Gituar Pro ("Pro").
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the App or your account does not cancel an active subscription. Prices may change; if they do, you will be notified in advance as required by the applicable app store, and your continued renewal of the subscription constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You retain ownership of the audio and other content you upload to the App ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to process it — including transcription and stem separation — solely to provide and operate the App's features for you. You represent that you hold, or have obtained, all rights necessary to upload and use Your Content in this way.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting your account permanently erases your account data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Chord transcriptions are generated automatically and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the App is limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
